Allyson Felix

Allyson Michelle Felix was born Los Angeles on November 18 1985. Paul Felix, her father, was an ordained pastor of Master's Seminary Sun Valley. Marlean Felix worked at Balboa Magnet Elementary School. Felix had an early aptitude to play sports while attending Los Angeles Baptist High School. Her sprinting ability at the time. Felix finished second in the U.S. Indoor Track and Field Championships within just 10 weeks after her very first tryout. Felix, who graduated high school in 2003 signed an agreement with Adidas. After that, she went to an institution called the University of Southern California and studied elementary education. Felix was awarded her first Olympic gold medal during the Athens Summer Olympics 2004. Felix broke a junior-world record of running the 200m in 22.18. In 2005, at the Helsinki World Championships, Felix became the world's youngest champion in the distance of 200 meters. In 2007, she was able to defend her title by beating Jamaican rival Veronica Campbell. Felix always placed in the top third of each of her races in Beijing London Rio de Janeiro Tokyo.
